Medical Director
Dr. Bachar is a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician, with over 15 years of experience providing medical oversight for patients requiring rehabilitation, function restoration, regenerative medicine, in addition to those with sports and other orthopedic related injuries.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from St. Bonaventure University and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Upon completion of her residency at New York Presbyterian Cornell Columbia Medical Center, she joined both Jacobi Medical Center and Atlantic Medical Group as an inpatient attending provider. She is affiliated with Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute and Atlantic Health System and has held prestigious leadership roles as former Chief Medical Officer of Rehabilitation Specialists of New Jersey, and Chair to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Morristown Medical Center.
Infectious Disease Specialist
Dr. Stephen Williams is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and certified by the same body in infectious disease. As an infectious disease physician, Dr. Williams specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illness caused by bacteria or viruses. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine followed by residencies in Internal Medicine, and Infectious Disease at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
In addition to the treatment and diagnosing of patients with infectious disease, Dr. Williams also published research on the subject. Another area of focus for him is wound care and healing. He has successful launched wound management programs in post acute centers. He is affiliated with area hospitals including Atlantic Health System’s Morristown, Overlook, Chilton, and Newton Medical Centers, as well as St. Clare’s Health System.
