Florham Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center has introduced a Chronic Illness Support model in partnership with HealthDrive, combining palliative care, pastoral support and specialized clinical services. The program is led by board-certified nurse practitioner Subhra Sen, APN and focuses on holistic care that addresses physical, emotional and spiritual needs. It enhances existing specialty programs like pulmonary and cardiac care through coordinated services, education and community support. Ongoing renovations will further expand rehabilitation capabilities, including a large new therapy gym.
